Returns & Refunds
At Cookie Coma, your satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the perishable and custom nature of our cookies, we are unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect spelling or design, or is delayed by more than three days beyond your chosen delivery date, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. To process a claim, photo evidence of the issue must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds will be issued promptly upon verification. Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing an order, except for items already in production. Late cancellations may qualify for store credit instead of a refund. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, reach out to us—we’ll do everything possible to resolve the issue.
